The Buying Process Explained in Brief

Acquiring Property In Dubai is a little different to what we would noramlly expect. Typically no lawyers are involved in the transaction unless used intially when validating any agreements and contracts.

The Process is very Straight forward...

Reserve Your Chosen Property
A sale and Purchase agreement will be issued direct from the developer
You can at this stage engage with a lawyer should you wish
Agreements Signed and first instalment transfered
* There are no additional purchasing costs necessary for Dubai

No Stamp Duty
No Lawyer Fess
No Search fees
No Admin Fees
This system may sound far too straight forward, especially if we consider the system here in the U.K, however as a new market the system is simpictic and easy for investors and the paper work element is minimal.
